Weight Loss Coach Dan Mackenzie has developed a unique, extremely effective approach to weight loss that helps you achieve your optimal weight by combining the right foods at the right times. He calls it Weight Loss Through Wellness because he believes that weight loss is not about discipline or denial. Instead, he helps his students focus on biochemical and hormonal interactions that enable the body to burn food as fuel or store food as fat. 
 
Our Weight Loss Through Wellness™ program not only helps you learn how to eat delicious foods in abundant portions and lose weight at the same time, but also to lose weight while eating foods that make you feel like you are cheating! Click here for basic principles and sample recipes.
 
To make this type of weight loss information accessible to all, we only charge $50 a month, which includes the following:
  • Weekly group meetings hosted by Dan Mackenzie, weight loss coach
  • Unlimited access to the Wellness Center's gym and therapeutic equipment (additional charges to use sauna and hyperbaric oxygen chamber)
  • Unlimited phone consultations
